My path in life took a while to figure out
1.
First, I opened my home for a small group Bible study.
2.
Then, we grew to over 100 participants and outgrew our space at the AF chapel.
3.
Then, the group grew from 6 to 25 in a matter of weeks.
4.
After managing the largest women's ministry on the coast and 15,000 in Gov funds, we moved online.
5.
Then, when we reached 40 women, we partnered with the AF Chaplain Corp with a $4,000 budget.
6.
Now, I teach locally and online. We have also built a new online community of 3000 MilSpouses.
Defining Moments
How I responded to discouragement
THE NOISE
Messages from Myself:
Women's Ministry will be limited on larger platforms and sponsors are hesitant to work with faith based organizations.
How I responded:
I know that God has a purpose for all His children. Being fearful or hesitant about our calling only hinders us. God invites us to come alongside Him in reaching others and simultaneously grows and shapes us in the process.
Experiences and challenges that shaped me
As a military spouse, it can be hard to find out who you are. If you have the added challenge of parenthood, finding a personal identity is astronomically harder. Finding your passion and acting on it is so freeing.
