How I responded to discouragement
THE NOISE
Messages from Family:
You should get a job in science or math because that is the only way to be successful. What do you mean you work for a University? Are you a professor? Are you a professional babysitter?
How I responded:
Stay true to your passions and keep trying new things that excite you. Don't let opportunities pass you by, be courageous and take on too much! You'll figure out how to manage the important stuff.
