My path in life has been direct
1.
Taught an English lesson in tenth grade and was good at it.
2.
Editor of my high school newspaper and loved it.
3.
Hoped to be a journalist but discovered in college I wasn't ruthless enough to get every story.
4.
Decided to get a teaching credential.
5.
Expected to stay in the Bay Area but got a job in Orange county.
6.
Said I could teach newspaper so I could move from middle school to high school (total bluff).
7.
Ended up teaching newspaper, yearbook, journalism and all levels of English. Loved it!!!!
