Recommended First Step for:
College Students
Take an internship with a community like Casper, Laramie, Cheyenne (Leads), etc. Attend conferences (Governor's forum, WEDA, Wyoming Business Council, etc.). Start in the private sector, take an entry level salary position with a company in your favorite community. Learn the ins and outs of business, learn what businesses need and want, build relationships with EDO's through private industry first. That's my advice.
